Our company
ACO Coffee was born in 1983 from the realization of a dream.
The dream of a young boy, Stefano Carosio—affectionately known as Nino—who, in the 1930s, would travel every summer from Ovada, a small town in Piedmont, to Genoa to learn the art of coffee roasting from his cousins.
The sea, the city, and its bustling port, the arrival of ships from distant lands carrying neatly stacked jute sacks filled with coffee bean, all of it sparked the imagination of the young boy from Piedmont.

Roasting
We are a family-run business, and we intend to keep it that way.
We love things that are simple, clear, and down-to-earth.
Ours is a place where people work together, sharing time while doing what they love. And love is contagious, you know?
With pride and passion, we remain true to our artisanal identity, staying in the small provincial town where we were born and raised—both as individuals and as a business—where life still moves at a pace that respects people.
Our coffee
Over the years, we have carefully selected the finest coffees from around the world.
We have studied plantations, beans, and their native lands.
We have observed how the product evolves through each stage of the process.
We love simplicity, that’s why the aromas released by our blends are naturally present, never artificially added.

We help professionals
Thanks to our choice of maintaining a small-scale, family-oriented approach, we can guarantee our customers the preservation of high product standards, continuous support, and the possibility of customized solutions.
We work closely with our clients to design the most suitable setup for their store, providing everything needed to create the perfect "coffee moment": from the metal signs outside and inside the establishment to crockery, disposable materials, and aprons.
Each product is made with carefully selected, high-quality materials. The colors and graphics are refined, elegant, and sophisticated, blending perfectly with any style or decor. The crockery is made from the finest Italian ceramics, and the fabrics are cotton dyed with non-toxic, long-lasting colors that withstand numerous washes. The exterior signs are made of metal and are designed to endure harsh weather or climate changes without fading or warping.
